Fishman Forfeiture Order Reversed, Conviction Affirmed

The U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals relieved Seth Fishman of a horse doping forfeiture order of about $10 million, remanded a $25 million restitution order to a lower court, but refused to overturn Fishman's underlying conviction and sentence.
