On Saturday, Sept. 14, Wynn Las Vegas commemorated the grand opening of the highly-anticipated Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse with renowned writer, producer, director, actor, and Four Sixes Ranch owner Taylor Sheridan and Chief Executive Officer of 101 Studios, David Glasser. The event featured a red carpet and passed canapes and beverages, as well as a four-course dinner highlighting selections from the restaurant’s menu.
Several Hollywood personalities and industry notables attended the event, including 1923 cast members Harrison Ford and Brandon Sklenar; Emerson Miller of Yellowstone; Mayor of Kingstown principal Jeremy Renner; Finestkind protagonist Ben Foster; The Godfather and upcoming series Landman actor Andy Garcia with daughter Alessandra Garcia; Landman star Demi Moore with daughters Rumer Willis and Scout LaRue Willis; film directors Rob Reiner and Antoine Fuqua; and burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese, and Texas philanthropist, Quarter Horse breeder, and businesswoman Kit Moncrief.
The four-course menu featured items from the restaurant including “Cowboy Caviar” Chopped Salad; Prime Steak Tartare; Jumbo Lump Crab Cake; Shiner Bock Beer Braised Wagyu Short Rib; 14 oz. Blackened Dry Aged Tuna Chop, 28 oz. Dry Aged Cowboy Steak; and sides such as Campfire Potatoes; Crispy Onions; and Jumbo Green Asparagus, just to name a few. For dessert, guests had the choice of the Skillet Cookie; Buttermilk Pie; Chocolate Buckeye Stack; or the Smoked Banana Pudding.
The pop-up dining experience is inspired by the legendary 6666 Ranch and Sheridan’s visionary storytelling. Dedicated to celebrating the authentic cuisine of the cowboy, the steakhouse highlights prime steaks and cuts from the ranch, decadent desserts, and American classic cocktails that place emphasis on ingredients local to Texas. Guests will be transported to one of the most storied ranches in America, creating an environment that engages all the senses with bold flavors and preparations.
