The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association announced Aug. 7 the election of David O'Farrell as chairman of its Board of Trustees. Also joining the Board of Trustees as new members are Jake Ballis, Ben Bernhard, Tina Marie Bond, and Brook Smith.
