Veto Override Legalizes Fixed Odds, Mare Cap Ban in KY

New legislation that allows fixed-odds wagering and prohibits the imposition of a limit of mares bred to a stallion in a given year, with the possible exception of a unanimous international agreement, is in place in Kentucky after a veto override.
